Sunday 21 August - New York 5pm
Sunday 21 August - London 10pm
Monday 22 August - Sydney 7am
Monday 22 August - Auckland 9am

I have had this list of 9 options on the boards for six days now providing lots of wiggle room time wise for HOT to decide which option suits them best. As it stands right now, not hearing back from you, I have 3 players whose entire weekend is tied up with the possibility of a game on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
So which day and time, if any, are you gearing toward? I would appreciate a response so that I can let KFD players know and they can in turn make their plans for the upcoming weekend.

Let?s try this again for next weekend. Here are 9 options. Hope one of them works for HOT.
1) Friday August 19th - EST 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
Friday August 19th - London 10pm, 11pm, midnite
Saturday Aug 20th - Sydney 7am, 8am, 9am
Saturday Aug 20th - Auckland 9am, 10am, 11am
2) Saturday, Aug 20th ? EST 5pm, 6pm or 7 pm
3) Sunday, Aug 21st ? EST 5pm, 6pm or 7 pm

Looks like we'll have to reschedule. The only day we could possibly have a full team is Sunday. We'll look at next weekend and hopefully get this one booked.

Because this is a quarter final and last match of the season we have our required team of 3 players to meet this match. If HOT wishes to proceed with the Friday game with 2 players only, that is fine otherwise we shall have to reschedule when the full complement of team members is available.
KFD could also play this match on Saturday, August 13th at the same time options if that helps.

I only have two players confirmed for Friday August 12th at 6 and 7 pm EST. Would KFD be willing to play a 2 on 2 match?
I have two players, possibly three confirmed for Sunday August 14th at 4 and 5 pm EST. Would that work for KFD? Let me know. I won't have final confirmation from the third player until Friday. I will let you know as soon as I do.
