The question has been asked a few times about allowing spectators to cheer at 1/2 time. In the very 1st season we used to do this until someone joined the team at 1/2 time and caused a bit of a headache with the stats. It tends to get a bit messy so we don't do it any more.

I have however coded the staff bot to cheer for you. All you have to do is whisper your message to the staffbot and it will store them until 1/2 time and then transmit them for you. It will only transmit 25 messages (1 every 10 secs) during the 1/2 time break and you will only be allowed to store one message at a time (but as soon as yours is transmitted you can send another one)

When you whisper the bot you will have to start your message with the prefix "cheer:" (without the quotes)
for example:
cheer: go team (Y) woohoo :P

The code is as yet untested under match conditions and if it proves it be unreliable or is abused it will be disabled.

This might be a nice way for those who come along to support your team to encourage them
