Hi everyone!

I'm just sitting down to organize my teams for the upcoming arena season. I am paying close attention to where each of my players rank according to Fire's new grading system. I would suggest to coaches that you also try to place each of your players in the grade they are currently ranked. You can find their rankings at the following link:

The last column shows their rank (ex. A2, B3, C1, D2, etc.). A1 is the highest ranking, while D3 is the lowest ranking. This will allow for more even and fair competition in each grade. Fire ultimately has the last word as to who goes in which grade, but I'm sure doing as I suggested would help him out a great deal. This is just a suggestion though...I'm by no means telling you what to do. Just sharing my organizational process.
